Because our ministry provides educational resources, digital content, events, conferences, Bible studies, schools, and training programs, refund eligibility may vary depending on the specific offering.

Donations made to support the ministry are generally considered voluntary contributions and are non-refundable unless required by law.

Conference registrations, event tickets, training programs, and school enrollments may be eligible for refunds only if specifically stated during registration. Administrative fees, processing fees, or non-refundable deposits may apply.

Digital products, downloadable resources, recordings, and online course materials are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

If an event is canceled by the ministry, registrants may be offered a refund, credit, transfer option, or alternative participation opportunity at the ministry's discretion.
